discovered in the 1970s in new zealand and named for the rosarian that found her, ann endt produces rich, velvety, deep purple, single, 3” blooms. her unusual and rare color is not found in other roses. while ann endt is a slow starter, once established she will grow rapidly into a 3-4’ tall, densely foliaged shrub, attractive for the landscape or rose garden. expect her to thrive and continually bloom in zones 5-10.
